What is support?

Simplylearn support answers your questions about how you operate the platform. Good examples of support questions is:

  • How do I create a custom course certificate?
  • How can I lock a course module before a specific date?
  • How can I sell my courses?

Before you send us a support ticket, first see our help desk and use the search function there.

For questions and work related to new custom solutions for your plattform is not defined as support and will be invoiced according to our rates.

The following points are examples of what support is NOT:

  • The user support does not normally spend time setting up course content.
  • The support does not normally spend time creating text, images, video and other content.
  • The support does not normally spend time changing course content
  • The support does not normally spend time setting up webinars or other content related tasks.

If something is wrong on your platform that is our responsibility and will of course not be invoiced.
